2021 Christmas meal request form

Since we’re not able to run the usual sit-down meal this year we’re offering a free Christmas-themed take away meal through our Monday Meals service. This will be available for pick up on Monday 20 December, 3:30pm to 5:30pm at St Andrew’s By The Sea Community Church, Albert Street.
